One of LOTN’s most sought-after commercial services is our state-of-the-art painting and refinishing facility. We understand that a topcoat is more than aesthetics; it is a critical layer of protection against corrosion and aerodynamic drag. Our comprehensive process includes:
- Stripping: Precision chemical and mechanical removal to ensure airframe integrity.
- Preparation: Detailed structural inspections, repairs, and the application of Prosealing (hermetic sealing).
- Finishing: Application of specialized high-durability coatings in a climate-controlled environment.
Our workshop is designed to accommodate a wide range of aircraft sizes. With a gate diameter of 22 meters width and 8 meters height. Strict adherence to EASA Part 145, Part 21 Design approved Organisation, ISO 9001:2015 standards and military SOŠ AQAP 2110:2017 conformity ensures that every aircraft leaving our hangar meets the most stringent international safety and quality benchmarks.
